All sales made through Shahi Collections are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you may request a replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item.

  1. Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
